Concentric Kelvin probes for 4-wire measurement

- Worn or damaged contacts can be replaced and are available as separate spare parts

The probes are intended in particular for use with compatible instruments with 4-wire measuring function. The 4-wire measuring method compensates for measuring error due to cable and contact resistances. Extremely small resistance values are accurately measured.
